Order Status When you provide us with a your e-mail address, and we will let you know exactly how your order is progressing. As soon as the order is submitted, you will receive an automatic Order Confirmation e-mail. This will echo back the information that you've included on the online forms and remind you of the total. After your order is reviewed, we will send you an Order status e-mail. This will include any questions, unusual shipping scenarios, delivery timetable or the shipping confirmation numbers. As soon as we've shipped the order, we will send you an e-mail. This e-mail includes a final receipt for the order  as well as a shipment tracking number from the applicable shipping carrier that you can use to see where your items are in transit.

Freight. 
We automatically figure freight based on the current charges.  Some exceptions may occur:

  1. Shipments to New York City, The Florida Keys, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska will require separate rate quotes.
  2. All parts and small components that are shipped within a larger item's container (i.e.; Sails, booms, paddles etc.) or boards are free.
  3. We ship everything UPS ground freight unless specified otherwise, but reserve the right to ship via other carriers as individual service dictates.
  4. Our freight calculations are based on  a business or terminal delivery. If  delivered to a residential address you will typically be charged $5.00 on UPS and up to $70 on motor freight. We will charge you our actual freight cost, not to exceed the quoted amount at the time of order unless approved by you prior to shipment.
  5. Automatic freight calculations to area's outside the continental United States are subject to review and verification prior to shipment.  We will contact you with any variations or concerns via email. Please review Taxes and duties below.
  6. Please note that for heavy or bulky items (included but not limited to surf boards, kayaks, windsurf and kite boards, etc.), ground or air freight rates will apply. These items have individual shipping rates based on the destination. At checkout, your total will include an estimate of your shipping charges, and you will be  emailed the exact shipping charges for these items within one business day. After reviewing the shipping amount, you can chose to cancel the order.

Duty, Taxes, and Customs We are a Texas based corporation and collect sales tax on all transactions delivered within the state.

All Duty, taxes, or custom charges outside the State of Texas are the responsibility of the consumer and  must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order. Shipping charges are non-refundable should you refuse to accept a shipment or for a non-deliverable order.

Freight Damage Sometime your order is damaged by the shipping company. We go to great lengths to keep this from happening, but sometimes it does anyway. What to do………

It's super important to make notes of any damage on the delivery ticket when accepting incoming freight!

UPS, US Postal Service, FedEx and other small package carriers generally do not have places to note visible damage. You can open the package in front of the driver and if items are broken or missing, REFUSE the order. It will be returned to us. Notify us of the problem so we can file necessary claims and reship your order.

If you find broken or missing items after the delivery has been made, notify us and we will start the claim process and reship your order.

Truck freight will require a signature. Always put the comment "Contents not examined" on the bill if you do not open the carton in front of the driver. If the box looks damaged, open the box in front of the driver. If damage has occurred, you can either make notes on the freight bill or refuse the order. In either case we need to know to start the claim process.

If you accept the freight with damage, a claim will be made to the truck lines and you will recover cost of repair and a reduction of the sales price (typically 10% to 15%). WSP Sports will help with all claims that need to be filed. Call us at 281 842-1112 as the first sign on any problems. When in doubt, refuse the order!

Secure Transaction All transactions are completed on our secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server begin communicating, sending data back and forth in an encrypted format. A browser in secure mode will display a URL address beginning "https://" rather than the standard "http://". The "s" stands for "secure." In Netscape NavigatorTM look for the broken key symbol or open padlock in the lower left corner of your browser window to become a solid key or locked padlock in secure mode. InMicrosoft Internet ExplorerTM, you'll see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window when the browser is in secure mode.          

Privacy Policy 
We take your privacy very seriously. So our privacy policy is simple, we don't sell, barter, give away or rent your personal information to anyone.
When Ordering the only information we require to process an order is the following:
Your name
Your email address
Your credit card number
The expiration date and code
The billing address of the credit card (for security purposes)
A shipping address (if different from billing address)
And your phone number so that we can contact with any questions concerning your order.
What information do we keep?
When you order or e-mail wsp-sports.com we maintain your name, email address,  mailing address and phone numbers so we can contact you in the future. We do not maintain your credit card or mailing address from you orders.                                
"Cookies" wsp-sports.com, like all e-commerce sites today, issues "cookies" to facilitate order handling and information exchange. A cookie is simply information that your browser stores on your computer from a specific site. Sensitive information is not stored in the "cookies".

Warranty WSP-Sports.com is a distributor of quality sporting goods with products covered by each manufactures specific warranty. WSP-Sports does not warrant any products purchased from this website without specific agreement in writing. WSP-Sports (Windsurfing Sports Inc.) is a authorized warranty facility for many brands we distribute from our Texas facility. Many warranties stipulate that merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Return policy WSP Sports wants you to be happy! Within 30 days (*) of receipt of your order, customers may return any unused new merchandise purchased from WSP Sports. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Please package merchandise securely and in original packaging and ship back using insured service. Charges can only be credited to the card used in the original transaction. Purchaser is responsible for ALL shipping charges. We will refund shipping charges only if product is defective or shipped as a result of our error.  * Our EBay Store items typically have a 3 DAY return policy with the purchaser responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Special Orders WSP-Sports.com will happily special order non-inventory items for you. At the time of your order you will be charged a 20% deposit with the balance charged at the time of shipment to you. This deposit is non-refundable unless the product is defective or shipped as a result of our error. The special order policy only applies to non-inventory items and will be so stipulated at the time of your order and on your receipt.

Exchange Policy You may exchange unused merchandise within 30 days (*) of receipt of your order. This policy does not apply to special orders stipulated at the time of your order. These items are subject to the manufactures restocking charges of 20%.

2. Preference to credit charge card or exchange item.
3. Requested new item if applicable
4. Your address and Phone Numbers
